For the already made government advertisements for the Karnataka state awards and subsidy to Kannada films for 2010-2011 the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce releases ads in the newspapers to alert the concerned film producers and directors of Kannada cinema.
As the Karnataka State film awards committee is watching the Kannada films from 13th of February with Dr Bharathi Vishnuvarfdhana as head of the panel the
prints of the films should reach before 10th February 2012 by 5 pm to Deputy Director, Film Section, Information department, Bhagawan Mahaveer Road, Bengaluru – 560001.
The films for subsidy of Rs.10 lakhs the committee constituted would look in to the films according to the new ‘Kannada Film Policy 2011’. The films made and censored in between 1st of April 2011 till December 31 of 2011 are eligible for submission to subsidy grant.
The filled in applications from producers with Rs.6000 DD as fees should reach before 31st March 2012 says the honorary secretary of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce Sa.Ra.Govindu.
